I recall Alan in the 9th grade at Argyle JHS but never really knew him until homeroom and math class @ Kennedy and through his friendship with Leslie Paul-Stroud. He was always nice to me. I guess since I was a friend of Leslie's, I was alright in his book. I recently learned of his passing and was just shocked & saddened. Another gone too soon. Rest in peace, my friend.
